5 Gang Sheet Mistakes That Are Costing You Money

Mistake one: oversized bounding boxes. The transparent padding around your PNG counts as printed area. Crop tight to the artwork before you place it on the sheet.

Mistake two: random rotation. Rotating designs 5–10° often lets them nest into gaps that a strict grid never will. Our builder snaps rotation in small steps so nesting stays fast.

Mistake three: ignoring print direction. Keeping the same orientation for every piece on a garment helps your presser work faster and reduces misalignment.

Mistake four: mixing tiny and huge prints on the same sheet without a plan. Place the largest pieces first along the edges, then fill interior gaps with tags, pocket prints and labels.
